Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the USA takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with further information.

The estimated total time from ordering to delivery is 8–12 business days.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Carrier transit can be affected by holidays, weather and other delivery disruptions.

Delivery addresses and charges

Standard shipping to the USA is free, with no minimum order value. This policy covers orders delivered to the USA. The available delivery option and a $0.00 standard shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact contact@avelhouse.com before ordering.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking details in your dispatch email to follow your delivery. If the tracking information appears incorrect or your order has not arrived within the expected period, email contact@avelhouse.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Dispatch delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised period, we will contact you with a revised dispatch date, where available, and explain your right to cancel for a refund. We will obtain any consent required to continue with a delayed order. If we cannot fulfill the order, or you cancel in accordance with your rights, we will refund the applicable amount promptly as required by law.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you need a correction, contact us promptly. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is lost, damaged, returned to sender or marked as delivered when you have not received it, contact us so we can work with the carrier and explain the next steps. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
