These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Avelhouse at avelhouse.com. Your seller is Novaxia LLC, at the company address below. Please read these terms together with our Shipping policy and Refund policy before ordering.
We sell lighting and related home products. The product page and the option selected when ordering describe the item, dimensions, materials, light source and included components. Please review these details carefully, including whether bulbs are included or the product uses an integrated LED.
Natural materials can have differences in grain, texture, veining or color. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. These variations do not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly identified. The order total, applicable taxes, shipping charges and any disclosed discounts are shown before you submit payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
Please provide accurate billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may need to verify payment or order details to prevent fraud.
Review the items, selected options, delivery address and total before submitting your order. We will send an order acknowledgement to the email address provided. Contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and your options. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase the agreed price without your consent. Any cancelled, unfulfilled item already paid for will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Standard shipping to the USA is free, with no minimum order value.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the USA takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with further information.
Our Shipping policy explains delivery charges, tracking and how delays are handled. Contact us if your order is late, damaged or missing so we can help resolve the issue.
Follow the instructions and electrical ratings supplied with the specific product. Check the product’s intended location and compatibility before use. Products described as indoor-only must not be used outdoors. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable requirements.
Bulb compatibility, dimming features and replaceability vary by product. Do not assume that a feature shown for one light applies to another. Contact us if you need clarification before purchasing or installing a light.
You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery and must send it back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. Return postage is at your expense for a change of mind. Avelhouse covers any required return shipping for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. We do not charge restocking or handling fees or deduct the cost of the original free standard delivery.
Our Refund policy explains how to request a return, report a fault or ask to cancel an order. Please contact contact@avelhouse.com before returning an item. Conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not remove any rights that apply to faulty, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different model, size or finish, please request a return in accordance with our return policy and place a new order separately. Eligible returns will be refunded according to the conditions and timeframes stated in our return policy.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact contact@avelhouse.com. These cases are handled under the “Damaged, faulty or incorrect items” section of our Refund policy. Our no-exchange policy does not limit your rights concerning these items.
Any additional commercial warranty offered for a particular product must be stated in the relevant warranty terms. These terms do not exclude any warranty, liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using remedies, courts or complaint channels available under applicable law.
The terms displayed when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights for an existing order.
